We are a company specializing in providing complete and automated technological lines for the production of hard and semi-hard cheeses.
We offer solutions for Dutch cheeses (such as Gouda, Edam), Swiss cheeses (e.g. Mazdam, Emmentaler, Grojer), Italian cheeses (e.g. Parmesan, Asiago) and English cheeses (such as cheddar). Our technological lines include equipment for milk preparation, processing, cheese forming, salting and ripening.
We offer various line variants, with a capacity of 10 to 100 tons of cheese per day, to meet the diverse needs of our Partners. Each line is designed individually, taking into account the Partner’s specific requirements, and enables the production of cheeses of various shapes and weights.
