Mlekovita – Bialski Cheese
Bialski cheese from the Krzny Valley and Bialski cheese with holes from the Krzny Valley by Mlekovita were awarded Gold Medals during the POLAGRA 22 fair. Bialski cheese from Krzny Valley turned out to be unique among them, as it returned from the fair not only with the Gold Medal awarded by a group of experts, but also received the Gold Medal – Consumers’ Choice and the Grand Prix of the MTP Group.
At the end of 2022, a new ripening cheese factory was launched, equipped with the most modern, innovative machinery. A complete premium cheese production line, capable of producing a minimum of 600 tons of cheese per month, is equipped with a line designed by our company.
