Annual company event on yachts!
Corporate life is not only about meetings in the office and analyzing statistics. It is also about going beyond routine and organizing something unique.
Every year we decide on an unusual form of summer meeting – a company event on yachts on beautiful Polish lakes.
We started with a motivational speech from our presidents summarizing the company’s achievements, discussed our successes and failures and established a plan for working together. Breakfast together on the deck and on the lake shore, conversations over coffee with a view of the lake and evening meetings around the fire gave the relationships between employees a new dimension.
In addition to team integration, the yacht event was also a great opportunity for business talks. Developing relationships with partners, establishing new contacts and exchanging ideas accompanied by the sound of the forest and the light waves of the lake is something that has certainly benefited our company.
This is an event that showed that business and pleasure can perfectly combine, and unusual meetings can bring unexpected benefits. This will certainly be one of those events that we will remember for a long time.
